"A beautiful and safe escape only a stone throw away from the bustling city."
I'm so into His creation, That's why I have this strange feeling whenever I see the clouds, mountains, trees and even the sky. The strange feeling that Iam talking about is "I don't just love them, I really love them!" I think that this is what my heart really wants to say.
Every once or twice in a year, there will always be a hiking or caving schedule. We maybe sleep at mountains or it's just a dayhike. I would like to share here my first time going on a dayhike at MT. SEMBRANO, PILILIA RIZAL having a 745m or 2,444 feet high and hours to climb.

DAY 1: MT. SEMBRANO ADVENTURE

"The mountain is calling me." My mom said.
I love adventures, so does my mom too! We are actually a travel buddies. We enjoy and share things together. All of this things makes our relationship better and stronger. Knowing that God is the foundation in our all aspects in life, we will never be tremble.
It takes 2 hours and a half to reach the destination coming from Taytay to Pililia Rizal. The photo above is actually a stolen shot of my mom, tying my shoe lace before leaving the flat ground. So sweet hmmmm
The Registration Fee costs P40.00, you can directly pay to Baranggay Manggahan.
DAY 1: MT. SEMBRANO ADVENTURE
I took this photo to serve as the starting point of our adventure.
The 3-4 hour trek begins with a steep concrete uphill leading to a rock-filled path covered by trees and only a handful of houses.
My first picture taken in the lower part of Mt. Sembrano.
I'll cheer everybody! *fighthing*

#ShoeSelfie
Times where our shoes is still clean. Hehehe
Stop an hour to eat buko, fresh from its tree. The best!!! I want to eat more but my mom said "Don't make your stomach full too much, mountains don't have restrooms." so true, I should stop planning to eat more of it.
A long walk is suit to have our lunch beside a mini falls. Its a relaxing view!
We started our trek again by 2:41PM, Energy restored because food is life, lol.
This moderate segment will certainly get our legs and backs pretty warmed up for the brutal section of the climb – We also prepare for 45-degree climbs and narrow paths with dangerous drops on one side.
One of my favorite picture is this!
The whole walk covers the view by the luxuriant and high braches of trees. We actually got the chance to meet the Sunset by exact 5:30PM. The feeling of happiness makes me jump multiple times!
I thought we are really near to the summit, and seeing the nice view I feel that my tired-self lost all its tiring nerves.
20 minutes later,,,, my eyes can't detect any mountain summit. I residue my power in the inside but my physically strenght really needs to rest.
You are loved. You are really really loved by me. You are genuinely beautiful!!!
Grass area near the mountain summit, finally!
A moment of silence.
"I want rest"
I didn't expect the road all the way through the grassy area of this part of the mountain is really the dangerous and thrilling one. Its because of the open-cliff and what they so called the "daredevil spot"
Only you can see is the whole view of the field and how high you are from the flat ground. I don't usually fear heights but this time, it is really me that is shakening myself because our situation is that high and too far from help.
And because it's a smudge view, the temperature is really low. I'm freezing to death! I even feel that my both legs are paralyzed.
Check out my tent window view, creepy!!!
And the city lights...
Priceless view from our current location, the camera can't capture the things like this of what my real-eye's really seeing. There's no quality of a camera that can exceed on what our eyes can see in a very vulnerable moment.
Also the stars, it feels like its just a meter away from me. They're so near! I want to hug them all!
I even set an alarm to wake up by 3AM, because they say "There are more stars at 3am its a must and never missed opportunity."
When everyone is asleep because of the whole day adventure, I was the one left awake because "I really urge to meet the stars that night."
DAY 2: Mt. Sembrano by morning
Just woke up selfie of me and the sea.(joke)
Morning coffee away from home.
One hour morning jog to finally reach the mountain main summit.
Cold morning! As in cold!

We are in the summit, and our campsite is right there as you can notice.
Selfie after a long journey from the summit.
Photos below are the taken picture leaving the campsite area,
Going down was a lot trickier than going up, especially when it is raining. I actually slipped and fell, thankfully I had no injury. We arrived at Manggahan at 12 noon, just in time for lunch.
Five minutes away from the campsite is Manggahan Falls, a good sidetrip to your hike. It is quite small, probably around 12 feet high but it is a perfect place to spend lunch and recover energy.
I can still smile there but check out the next hours...
Staring blanky!!! hahahahahaha anyway, according to our lead mountaineer, Mt. Sembrano is of the highest mountain that he ever hiked.
I think our age gap is 28 years. Just woah!
"Tired feet, dirty shoes, sweat and sacrifices. You'll ignore them all just because you love being a mountaineer and mountaineering."
Thank you for reading my blog experiencing the Mountain of Sembrano. To God be all the Glory!
